Deciding with Impact: Data Literacy
The Challenge:
Data literacy is often dry. Leadership needed managers to move beyond reading charts to actively using data for strategic decision-making during product launches.
The Solution:
I used Articulate Rise 360 to build an immersive investigation. Learners played a Brand Manager analyzing a failing launch, using interactive charts and a “4-Step Analysis Framework” to move from Descriptive to Predictive analytics.
The Impact:
