CAR-T Cell Therapy Simulation

The Challenge:

Training HCPs on a life-saving, high-risk gene therapy workflow involving interconnected platforms (CQUENCE, Salesforce). Errors in the “Chain of Identity” could be fatal; learners needed a risk-free practice environment.

The Solution:

I architected a high-fidelity software simulation in Articulate Storyline that mirrored the live environment. This allowed HCPs to practice critical workflows safely. I managed the complex production pipeline, coordinating with SMEs to map failure points and producing explainer videos via Camtasia.

The Impact:

• Risk Mitigation: Created a zero-risk training ground for high-stakes protocols.
• Global Scale: Successfully deployed to train specialized centers across the APAC region.
