SAF Business Partnering Program
The Challenge:
J&J needed to transform their Scientific Affairs (SAF) teams from reactive data presenters to proactive strategic partners. They required a robust framework, not just a course, to drive this mindset shift.
The Solution:
I architected a 6-module blended curriculum anchored in the proprietary OSCAR Model (Opportunity, Strategy, Capabilities, Activities, Results). I designed the 5 P’s Stakeholder Matrix to help learners translate clinical evidence into economic value, culminating in a practical Capstone project.
The Impact:
- Standardized Strategy: Established a unified language for SAF teams across APAC.
- Real-World Application: Learners produced actionable strategic plans directly applicable to current business goals.
