Care Academy’s course library for the Washington State government (DSHS) failed strict WCAG 2.2 compliance due to inaccessible interactions and uncaptioned videos.
The Solution:
I served as Accessibility Specialist, conducting rigorous audits using screen readers (NVDA). I remediated packages, redesigning interactions for keyboard navigation and establishing SOPs for future accessible development.
