Step 01 Audience analysis
Who's learning today?
Every experience I build starts with the audience. Pick yours — the modules below will re-curate themselves around what you care about.
Step 02 The curriculum
Open a module
Eleven real engagements. Every one opens into the full story — and most link to a live course you can play.
Step 03 Field deployment
Shipped on five continents
From Fortune 500 boardrooms to UN-sponsored field programs — every golden pin is a real engagement. Click any pin (or its pop-up card) to open that project's module.
- Client engagement
- Home base — Oshawa, Ontario
Hover or Tab through the pins; press Enter to open the related module.
Step 04 Assessment data
The numbers behind the modules
Step 05 The method
The lifecycle behind every module
No arbitrary percentages. Every engagement runs the same continuous cycle, anchored to one thing at the center: measurable learner outcomes. Explore each phase.
Step 06 Meet your instructor
The long road here
Engineer → banker → learning designer. Immigrating to Canada taught me what it feels like to be the anxious learner — navigating an unfamiliar system where the stakes are your whole life. It shows up in everything I design: empowerment over fear, dignity over checklists, evidence over decoration.

2011 – 2017 · Dhaka
Engineering → Banking → the discovery
Computer & multimedia engineering degree, an MBA, then corporate credit at Mutual Trust Bank — where I cared less about the credit models and more about teaching people to use them. Built the bank's first Storyline eLearning library and its Moodle LMS.
-
2020 – 2024 · Johnson & Johnson (Janssen & Innovative Medicine)
Five years at enterprise scale
First 1,000 Days (100+ modules, 6,300+ HCPs), the CAR-T therapy simulation, SAF Business Partnering, Finance Fundamentals — plus leading the library-wide SCORM → xAPI migration and mentoring developers on accessibility. Rare tenure for a contractor; the projects kept coming.
-
2022 – Present · Independent consultant, global clientele
Fortune 500s to UN-sponsored NGOs
Kenvue, Koch Industries, HIMA, AusCycling, Johns Manville on the corporate side; IRCT, International Disability Alliance, Care Academy / WA State on the mission side. One studio, AI-augmented, end to end.

2025 – Present · Internet Society, Ontario Chapter
Founding member & digital literacy lead
Volunteer leadership: The Digital Shield, a cyber-safety program for seniors addressing $530M in annual Canadian elder-fraud losses — now evaluated for provincial expansion.
